4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for illegal activities, spam, fraud, harassment, or violating telecom regulations.
6. Telecommunications Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable telecom laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Caller ID regulations and number presentation requirements
- Emergency calling limitations inherent to VoIP services
- Lawful intercept requirements as mandated by authorities
- GDPR and data protection obligations for call data
- Call recording consent requirements under applicable law
- Do-Not-Call (DNC) registry compliance
- Number portability and telephony numbering regulations
7. AI Voice Agents
AI interactions may be automated. You are responsible for informing users where required and for all AI-generated outcomes.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages or third-party failures.
9. Pricing & Payments
Services may be billed per usage or subscription. Late payments may result in suspension.
10. Data & Privacy
Data is processed in accordance with GDPR. You are responsible for lawful use and consent collection.
11. Call Recording
You must inform participants where required by law and ensure compliance with data retention rules.
12. Intellectual Property
All systems, APIs, and software remain property of Brite Telecom B.V.
13. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from misuse or violations.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for violations, non-payment, or legal requirements.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
