Important Notice

AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate. We recommend human oversight for critical decisions based on AI processing. Customers are responsible for informing end-users about AI involvement where required by law.

4. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Call records and metadata are retained in accordance with Dutch telecom regulations. Upon termination of services, data is deleted within 90 days unless a legal retention obligation applies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:

  • Sub-processors necessary for service delivery (hosting, telecom carriers)
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • Affiliates within the Brite Telecom group

All sub-processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

6. International Data Transfers

All data is hosted within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
