Call records and metadata are retained in accordance with Dutch telecom regulations. Upon termination of services, data is deleted within 90 days unless a legal retention obligation applies.

- Sub-processors necessary for service delivery (hosting, telecom carriers)
- Legal authorities when required by law
- Affiliates within the Brite Telecom group
All sub-processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

All data is hosted within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
